Concept of CNC system
The numerical control system inputs the corresponding data to the computer through the control of the position, speed, track and other parameters, and obtains the ideal motion track after the system automatic interpolation operation, and then outputs it to the actuator to process the parts that meet the specified requirements. As the most important "brain" and "nerve center" of CNC machine tools, CNC system plays a vital role in ensuring product quality and meeting user needs. NC system generally uses several microprocessors to realize NC machining function through programmed software, which is mainly composed of three basic units of input, processing and output. All these tasks are centralized and reasonably coordinated and allocated by the computer NC system through the program, so that it can run and work efficiently, safely and reliably. The core of the CNC machine tool is the CNC system, which is equipped with a computer control system to meet the automatic processing of the machine tool. The CNC system can efficiently process the logic program specified by the control code or other command symbols, input the code as the carrier to the CNC device, and send various control commands and signals by the CNC device after the operation processing, control the specified actions of the machine tool, according to the size and shape required by the product drawing, Automatically process parts. CNC machine tools have better solved the processing technology problems of complex, precise, small batch, and multi-variety parts. They are a flexible, efficient, and typical electromechanical integration product. The emergence of CNC machine tools, as an important symbol of the achievements of human civilization in the 19th century, conforms to the needs of the development of the times, promotes the process of the industrial revolution, and represents the direction of modern machine tool control technology.
